9.AVOID EXTREME REACTION
10.DO SOMETHING FOR OTHERS
11.GET ENOUGH SLEEP
12.AVOID SELF MEDICATION OR ESCAPE
13.BEGIN TO MANAGE THE EFFECTS OF STRESS
14.TRY 2 USE STRESS
15.TRY 2 BE POSITIVE
